Moretz - Discovered in NJ in 1742. A very crisp apple with lots of flavor and many uses. And it is a long keeping apple. The skin is fairly thick and the eating quality is better when peeled.
DW - floral sweet with a good tart. Pretty apple too. Good medium crunch and firm.
CW - one of those fabric-y ones. I don't taste a lot of flavor difference in all these apples honey.
