Original Delicious
Moretz - this Apple has flavor to spare and a nice flesh. It does brown moderately fast. Worth trying just to see what was bred out of delicious.
DW - super crisp. Feels like it can't decide to be a Gala or a boring red delicious, but not bad, weirdly tart. Like it's at the intersection of a lot of flavors.
CW - mm! Bright and appley. Not too sweet but sweet, probably good with cheddar or something salty. Would eat again.
