Moretz - A very late variety that is sweet-tart with firm flesh. Limited supplies.
DW - Wow. Sugary candy flavor I'm used to with pink ladies, but again like with the Granny Smith, bills version is just so much better and balanced. Crisp, tart, super sweet.
