Moretz - A very firm, moderately tart apple which can be used for pies and crisps. Not the most colorful in the world but is not too bad a looker.
DW - softer, but we did wait 2 weeks on this one. Mild and pleasant, like a soft easy gala.
CW - soft, not a Ton of flavor.
